leader create a new category of imaging products designed to improve patient comfort, save time and save money. It has been
our responsibility to inform the national health and medical media about their breakthrough vein illumination product the
AV 300 in order to drive consumer interest while also promoting the product to key trade and online influences in categories
ranign from nursing to hospital administration and purchasing departments. In addition, we have been assisting with tradeshow
support and providing the CEO with media coaching for the many interviews he has been asked to do. Our work has helped raise
awarness of this fast-growing business among healthcare profesisonals and investors which has resulted in increased sales
and investor interest. Our work has produced coverage in key trades, online coverage at critical websites, reviews in major
publications suchas WIRED Magazine and national as well as local television in markets all over the country. See samples of

Part of Fortune 500 company Fortune Brands,
our responsibilities crossed lines of business ranging from the automotive group to several consumer products groups. We have
assisted them with their outreach to national consumer media as well as with leading trades and social media sites and influencers.
We have also assisted them with product placements on such hit eries as Fox television's "Glee" and other
national media broadcast programs on networks including TLC and Discovery. We have developed story proposals for feature stories
in "Popular Mechanics" where we worked with the editorial staff to create a padlock test against 4 leading competitors,
which Master Lock won, that became a mutli-page spread and one several occassions worked to have them selected as " Product
of the Year in influential publications including Men's Health and Wired Magazine. In all, our work has run the gamut for
this historic brand and we've spent significant time and effort making them relevant to today's tech-savvy consumer while

The Diabetes Research Institute
at the University of Miami
A world leader in cure-focused research for type 1
diabetes, the DRI has become the shining star at the University of Miami's Medical School. We work with both the research
institute and the DRI Foundation to help brand the organization, to cultivate its global awareness, to manage its national
media relationships and to help promote its various functions and fundraisers around the country. We regularly work with national
health and medical reporters from outlets including The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal as well as broadcast outlets
ranging from the NBC Nightly News and WCBS-TV. We are even now working with a Victoria's Secret and Sports Illustrated supermodel
who we found and who now serves as the organization's International Ambassador. Her connection to type 1 diabetes is through
her younger brother who was diagnosed as a toddler and she is using her fame to raie awareness and funds for a cure. We recently
completed two Public Service Announcements (PSA's) with her that will begin airing later this year. We also write, direct
and produce an annual video for the DRI's largest fundraiser that's featured celebrities including Patti LaBelle, Ron Darling
and Ray Romano.
